All five apartments feature a two-floor layout with a bedroom upstairs and a living room and kitchen downstairs. This arrangement makes it ideal for busy professionals away from home or anyone seeking a relaxing escape.

Our interiors blend style and comfort, offering king-size beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy robes and slippers, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.

Guests can unwind on the patio or embark on scenic walks around the farm and its many footpaths, with country pubs along the way for a cosy stop—wellies recommended!

Where we are.

Where it all started.

Established in May 2008, The Farmyard offers a high standard of contemporary accommodation on a traditional Somerset farm.

The Snell family have been farming in Somerset for five generations, and have turned their hand to most things including dairy, beef, pigs, poultry and cider.

Today, however, the farm which has a pedigree herd of Longhorn cattle, is a top producer of beef which is sold in The Trough –
the family's very own on-site cafe and restaurant.

After the decision to sell the dairy herd and diversify into the holiday accommodation market the family enlisted the help of a local award-winning architect to come up with
our unique, state-of-the-art apartments. With its traditional façade on one side and striking contemporary zinc and glass the other, The Farmyard Apartments
takes the farm firmly into the future.
